Tuna Coast Properties area of focus in Panama is on the Azuero peninsula on the Pacific coast, also known as the Tuna Coast. This can be done by turning these assets into working ranches to getting approval for subdividing and/or master planning. With our roots in the rural communities, TCP has listings and ownership in properties that are not available to other brokers or buyers. TCP has had a major ownership presence in the region for fifteen years. Our stateside office in Boston assures all investors and buyers that they have stateside access to our partners and TCP’s methodologies can be held accountable. Our passion for fishing has led us to explore virtually every single oceanfront and ocean view property on the Azuero peninsula. Our knowledge of the fishing grounds is founded on our charter fishing business which began in 1996. The fishing business allowed us to discover thousands of coastal properties on the Tuna Coast.
With more than 5,000 hectares (12,000 acres) of land scouted in the region, we only work with direct written authorization from the owner/seller to assure a fully transparent negotiation of all land and estate purchases. We do not represent properties that are being openly marketed. This is a critical element in property brokerage in the Panama marketplace.

We have different degrees of partnership that we can arrange to your satisfaction. Our fifteen year track record had led our investment partners to have 3x-10x return on capital depending on how much our investors/partners want to participate in post acquisition growth and upgrades.
Our Partnership Programs can have TCP receiving between 10-20% of the property value created above acquisition price. Thus, TCP will virtually ensure your holdings will increase in value through a well constructed growth strategy. Our acquisition partner (you, the investor/buyer) can have a strategy from a simple “buy and hold” with no further money in (waiting for appreciation) to multiple levels of improvements ranging from building a ranch with bull breeding and dairy products. Many of our joint ventures have us permitting land, bringing in infrastructure and prepping the land over time for subdivision.
On the logistic front for our Partners, we can arrange from airport pickup to private planes and set up local parties for everyone’s entertainment. We have become great friends with virtually all of our partners/investors and enjoy a fantastic life style that only local connections can foster. TCP hosts many gala events, fishing tournaments as well as eco-excursions to suit all. We also can arrange hunting expedition for local boar and other aggressive species that need to be culled from the land.
